I had an amazing experience at the St. Regis, truly one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The service was remarkable, and it felt like every staff member was genuinely focused on making our experience special. However, I did encounter a hiccup regarding upgrades at check-in, which could've been handled better. The dining options, especially the room service, were fantastic and added a luxurious touch to our stay.
